CASINHA II
Casinha de Loureda II is a cultural legacy of popular architecture. With an area of 100 m², set in the peace of the countryside and with its eyes set on Monte da Pedrada (1416 m altitude), at the top of Peneda/Soajo, in the Gerês mountain range.
All the equipment in the house is of high quality and comfort.
Accommodation features:
  • Capacity up to 6 people: 2 double rooms with 1 additional sofa bed and “chaise longue” in the master bedroom.
  • Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
  • 2 televisions with satellite channels and wifi for Internet access.
  • 3 bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bathtub + 2 bathrooms with shower, hairdryer.
  • Outdoor terrace, furnished garden, private pool (dimensions 8x6 m, max depth 1.5 m, min depth 1.5 m) and barbecue.
  • Allows pets weighing less than 3 kg (potentially dangerous breeds are not allowed).
  • Excellent thermal insulation + radiant central heating.
  • Outdoor parking (3 places) in the same building.
Insect and Wildlife Information:
  • Our house is located in a warm, humid climate full of wildlife. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, small midges, centipedes or other insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot offer guarantees or refunds for the occasional insect that may enter the house. We do our best to prevent this from happening and guests can help by keeping doors closed, disposing of rubbish properly and storing food responsibly.
Information on charging electric or hybrid cars:
  • Customers who wish to charge their vehicles during their stay at our houses must pay a deposit of 150 euros. In addition to paying the deposit, it is mandatory to inform the property of this intention, for reasons of safety, available electrical capacity and additional costs that may arise.
