Spanning 100 m², it sits in peaceful countryside with views of Monte da Pedrada (1,416 m altitude), at the summit of Peneda/Soajo in the Gerês mountain range.
The preserved exterior plays beautifully against the comfort and modernity of the meticulously designed interior, so you feel at ease and enchanted even in the coldest winter months.
The kitchenette is fully equipped — including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the kitchen utensils you need — for a fully self-sufficient stay.
The radiant underfloor heating ensures comfort even during the coldest winter months.
Outside, the furnished garden, barbecue and terrace invite you to relax and dine al fresco. The private pool, with its wonderful panoramic view, completes this outstanding rural accommodation experience.
The other cottage — Casinha I — also sleeps up to six people and features a panoramic swimming pool. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the furnished garden, barbecue area and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals al fresco.
View Casinha ICasinha II is set in a warm, humid rural environment rich in biodiversity. Depending on the time of year, guests may encounter mosquitoes, centipedes or other insects. We carry out regular pest control, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects. Guests can help by keeping doors closed, disposing of rubbish correctly and storing food properly.
Guests wishing to charge electric or hybrid vehicles during their stay must notify the property in advance. A deposit of €150 is required for safety reasons and due to available electrical capacity. Additional charges may apply depending on consumption.
