CASINHA I
Casinha de Loureda I dates back to 1896 and is located in Loureda, in Arcos de Valdevez county, overlooking the river Vez, at the foot of the mountain range, from which the granite that shapes it was brought.
Its recovery was cautious, but hard, as the preservation of the exterior plays with the comfort and modernity of the interior, meticulously defined, so that you feel both comfort and magic.
Accommodation features:
  • Capacity up to 6 people: 2 double rooms with 1 additional sofa bed and “chaise longue” in the master bedroom.
  • 2 double bedrooms with private baths.
  • 2 support “chaise-long” and an extra bathroom complement the group's stay.
  • Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
  • Satellite TV and wifi for internet access.
  • Outdoor terrace, furnished garden, private pool and barbecue.
  • Allows pets weighing less than 3 kg (potentially dangerous breeds are not allowed).
  • Outdoor parking.
Insect and Wildlife Information:
  • Our house is located in a warm, humid climate full of wildlife. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, small midges, centipedes or other insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot offer guarantees or refunds for the occasional insect that may enter the house. We do our best to prevent this from happening and guests can help by keeping doors closed, disposing of rubbish properly and storing food responsibly.
Information on charging electric or hybrid cars:
  • Customers who wish to charge their vehicles during their stay at our houses must pay a deposit of 150 euros. In addition to paying the deposit, it is mandatory to inform the property of this intention, for reasons of safety, available electrical capacity and additional costs that may arise.
